Fall Semester, 2025Lakeshire Farm was my first opportunity in the studio to work alongside a client, ensuring that their feedback and vision were aligned with my concept throughout the development process.
This project’s client was Lakeshire Farm, a family owned and operated farm near Masonville, Ohio. We were able to visit the site and meet with the owner multiple times throughout the design process, allowing me to alter my designs to fit the client’s vision.
My goal for this project was to create a cohesive Master Plan design for Lakeshire farm that ensures that each section of the site is properly located and creates spaces for future economic opportunities.
This process was both challenging and incredibly rewarding, as being able to take client feedback to alter my designs week to week created a fast-moving studio.
